The Foundation's activities promote research and understanding of social, cultural and scientific relations and contexts and encourage continuous education.
The building of the Hospital in the Rock both as a building and institution is a historical and scientific monument of outstanding importance as regards to the past of Hungary. The Foundation operates a museum presenting the history and technology of the facility, military medicine, civil and disaster protection. It collects, preserves and protects cultural goods in the context of activities of public interest.
In the course of this activity, the Foundation performs public tasks defined in Section 3/A(1) of Act CXCV of 2011 on Public Finances (Áht.).
